Honours Student Loans In The UKGoing to University is exciting. After going thru the loan application process I became a customer of Honours Trustee Limited. My student loan was going to be managed and administered by Honours Student Loans. With this information in hand I decided to look at their website and see the different services that they provided. As a nursing major I knew that I had a few years of school ahead of me and I wanted to know exactly what the management of my loans referred to. The rate of interest on my loans was quite low as compared to some of the others I had seen and it appears that the Honours Student Loans management was there for me if I had a complaint or illness or worse. They helped with deferment procedures, making loan payments, third party account access, things like that. Basically they acrt as a middle man for between the lender and the borrower. They were my go to place if I needed help or had questions. Honours Student Loans does not lend any money nor are they involved in the lender process in any way. I did hear that there might be times when better interest rates may become available and I may want to consider refinancing. That would be a question for the Honours Student Loans. I had also been told that their were certain professions and or military personnel who could have their loans reduced or deferred. As a potential nurse I did not know if at some point I may work somewhere that could qualify me for loan forgiveness or possibly deferment. To the best of my knowledge I would be able to ask these questions at a later date from this student loans servicer. Having Honours Student Loans to go to with my questions regarding things like statements and interest, personal information updates, or simply just my latest and greatest questions was a good thing. i felt as if having a loan manager would be a good thing because some times the lender feels as if they are done with you once they have your business. Having a "go to" for anything that may arise over the years made me feel better about taking on such a large debt. Taking one or more student loans requires a lot of info and a lot of preparation. these loans would be with me for quite some time and I needed to know how they could potentially impact my future buying power and credit. I liked having a place to go to find answers.
